The seminar, which is chaired by 408th District Court Judge Larry Noll, will be held this year at the Bright Shawl (819 Augusta St.) on Friday, May 17, 2013 beginning at 8:30 a.m. “Early bird” registration is $150 to SABA/SAYLA members and $200 to nonmembers through 5 p.m. on May 10.
